HRC120 headed bars

Description

HRC120 T-headed bars are reinforcing steel bars with fixed mechanical anchorage device (steel plate) attached.

The T-head and the bar-to-head connection fulfils the ultimate capacity requirements for headed bars.

The HRC120 T-head develops the full actual strength and strain of the rebar in the anchorage head alone (without additional bond).

The slim geometry of HRC120 T-heads, together with the high product capacity, allows for a large variety of applications. The thickness of the anchorage plate of the HRC120 head is always less than the diameter of the rebar it is connected to.

HRC120 is CE-marked (ETA-08/0035) and certified acc. ISO 15698 for category B3 and S (ultimate capacity + seismic performance).

HRC120 is covered by an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). The parent material is based on recycled steel, the T-head material is produced 100% carbon neutral.

HRC120 headed rebar purchased in this web shop are produced with B500B rebar.

Tailormade products:

It is possible to combine HRC120 headed bars with other HRC-components like HRC400 rebar couplers or the HRC700 cast-in-connections. HRC also has the possibility to deliver HRC120 T-headed reinforcement bars with a 90-degree bend or 180 hook in the other end or double headed bars (reinforcement bars with a T-head in both ends).
