HRC720 sleeve in «black» carbon steel connected to rebar

Description

The HRC720 full anchorage sleeve serves as a high-capacity cast-in connection. It is intended for connection of steel parts into a concrete structure.

The HRC720 sleeve in carbon steel has internal ISO-metrical threads. The product capacity equals a bolt of class 8.8 – the high capacity is not only valid for the sleeve, but for the entire product (including the rebar) – making it possible to transfer and anchor the full load into the structure. Typical applications are fastening of steel parts like light poles, rails, signs, masts, ladders etc. to concrete.

HRC720 has a technical approval and is covered by an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).

Tailormade products:

It is possible to combine HRC720 connection with other HRC-components like HRC120 headed bars. HRC also has the possibility to deliver reinforcement bars with HRC720 sleeve in one end and a 90-degree bend or special bend in the other end, or reinforcement bars with a HRC720 sleeve in both ends of the bar.
