Description

HRC720SS is a cast-in connection with a stainless-steel sleeve with internal ISO metrical threads.

The HRC720SS product capacity equals the strength of a bolt of class A4-80 – the high capacity is not only valid for the sleeve, but for the entire product (including the rebar) – making it possible to transfer and anchor the full load into the structure. The HRC720SS full anchorage sleeve serves as a high-capacity cast-in connection. It is intended for connection of steel parts into a concrete structure. Typical applications are fastening of steel parts like rails, light poles, signs, masts, ladders etc. to concrete.

The HRC720SS stainless sleeve is connected to “black” carbon rebar, offering high performance combined with efficient use of material. The extent of stainless material is limited to the concrete cover zone.

HRC720SS has a technical approval and is covered by an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).

Certification:

  • SINTEF Technical Approval
  • Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)

Material:

  • Sleeve – grade 1.4404 / 1.4435
  • Rebar – B500B: ReH = 500 MPa; Rm/ReH ≥ 1,08; Agt, min = 5 %

Tailormade products:

It is possible to combine HRC720SS connection with other HRC-components like HRC120 headed bars. HRC also has the possibility to deliver reinforcement bars with HRC720SS sleeve in one end and a 90-degree bend or special bend in the other end, or reinforcement bars with a HRC720SS sleeve in both ends of the bar. Please contact HRC if you would like a quotation for combinations / tailor made products.
