HRC410 is the male part of the HRC400 ultimate rebar coupler system, combining high capacity, robust design allowing for easy and fast installation at site.
The high capacity allows for the full transfer of the real strength of the reinforcement (both stress and strain), regardless of the actual strength of the rebar heat. (No reduction in the ductility of the reinforcing steel.)
Fast and easy installation: The robust, coarse taper threads of HRC400 are designed to withstand rough site conditions. Only a few turns are needed to fully-assemble this self-aligning connection. No torque required for HRC410/420 standard couplers.
HRC410 is certified acc. ISO 15835 (incl. fatigue and seismic performance) and fulfils European national requirements and specifications (e.g. for The Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, France ….).
HRC400 rebar couplers are covered by an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). The parent material is based on recycled steel, the coupler material is produced 100% carbon neutral.
HRC410 purchased in this web shop is supplied on rebar B500B and of course delivered with thread protection.
Tailormade products:
It is possible to combine HRC410 male couplers with other HRC components like HRC120 headed bars couplers or the HRC700 cast-in-connections. Please contact HRC if you would like a quotation for combinations / tailor made products.
